Counselling & Psychotherapy
As a psychotherapist, I specialise in providing online counselling across the UK, supporting adults with a wide range of difficulties. Many of my clients come to me for help with:

-
Anxiety, panic, and constant overthinking
-
Depression and low mood
-
Burnout, work or study stress
-
Relationship difficulties and family challenges
-
Low self-esteem and confidence issues
-
Stress and adjustment related to illness or health concerns

I also have a particular focus on perinatal mental health. This includes supporting clients through miscarriage, fertility struggles, IVF, pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. I work with both mothers and fathers, helping them manage postnatal depression, anxiety during pregnancy, and the emotional impact of becoming a parent.

My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can talk openly, explore your emotions, and begin moving towards healing, confidence, and personal growth. Online therapy makes it possible to access support from the comfort of your home, wherever you are in the UK or further afield.
